Shipping Policy

We currently ship our personalized puzzles within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Production and delivery

Made to order. Production typically takes around 2 business days, but may take longer during periods of high demand. Shipping time is additional and depends on the delivery service. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be longer during peak periods, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. Contact us immediately at giftsforfamily@kndy.ch if a correction is needed. Changes are only possible before production or fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted at checkout.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and make it right.
